Energy-Boosting Diet Plan

Tired of being tired? If you want to ban your tiredness, opt for an energy diet. Balanced energy diet will boost your energy and help you lose weight. Energy diet will have ingredients which are required to recharge your energy.

A balanced diet contains four food groups, which are
  • Bread, Oats and other starchy foods
  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Milk
  • Non-vegetarian like meat, fish, eggs
Eat at regular intervals

If you eat food at regular intervals of time, you will control your body from hungry and helps your immune system. Usually, we don't know how much eat, which will leads to form excess fat. If you choose to eat at regular times with little amount, it will help you in losing weight. Try to take five meals (small quantity) with limited snacks.

Breakfast gives you energy

Breakfast plays an essential role in our daily life. This boasts our energy throughout the day. Most of the people starve themselves and skips breakfast. But there are lot of benefits, if we take good amount of breakfast. It reduces risks of gaining weight and increases metabolic rate.

  • Yoghurt - 150gm low fat yoghurt + blueberries + 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • Omelette - 1-2 eggs + vegetables like carrots, capsicum + 1/4 cup of skimmed milk

Lunch should always contain more proteins, low carbohydrates, good amount of vegetables and low fat.

  • Chicken Sandwich
  • Tuna Salad
  • Toasted Sandwich
Are you eating out?

Always choose low fat food, like sandwiches, salad, which help you in lose weight

Dinner: Use your plate half in your dinner time. Low starchy vegetables, carbohydrates
  • Lamb with steamed vegetables
  • Garlic prawns with greens and rice
  • BBQ steak and green salad
Snacks: Try the below food before and after meals
  • Hand full of almonds or nuts
  • Any fruit which have water content like watermelon or papaya
  • Green tea
  • Low calories biscuits
Aim for 5 times a day
  • Most of the people eat too much fat, sugar and salt without any knowledge. And, they don't take enough fruits and vegetables.
  • Nuts, fruits and vegetables are good source for vitamins, minerals, proteins, fiber and antioxidants. Try to incorporate fruits, vegetables, nuts between your meals. Take food at regular intervals so that your body will get habituate to it. Whenever your body gives alarm, give low calories food.
  • Drink more water if you are strictly following your diet.
  • Daily do exercise at least for an hour to strengthen your body and stay fit.
